Check-In

Please ensure that you arrive at Kikuti Aesthetic Spa at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can fully enjoy your treatment.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments, as our therapists are scheduled especially for you.

Late Arrivals

We offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes. After that, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure every client receives the attention they deserve.

Payment

All treatments are to be settled with cash or card prior to departure. Tips for therapists are accepted in cash only.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are issued with a monetary value and are valid for 1 year. Any difference between the voucher and the treatment booked is to be settled on departure.
