Shipping policy

We want your Kikuti Aesthetic Spa experience to be seamless. Here's how treatments, products and gift vouchers reach you.

Treatments

All treatments are performed in-salon at Kikuti Aesthetic Spa, The Wilds Estate, Pretoria East. There's nothing to ship — simply book online, by phone or in person and arrive for your appointment.

Collection (free)

Retail products, skincare and gift vouchers can be collected free of charge from the salon during business hours. Choose "Collect in-salon" at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

Delivery

For retail products and gift cards you'd like delivered:

Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy — door-to-door with full tracking. [CONFIRM courier]
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Delivery Times

Major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days after dispatch
Outlying areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Where possible, group items into a single order, as shipping fees apply per order.
